1. Introduction

Welcome to M & G Manor Housekeepers. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.

 

2. Services Provided

  • We offer professional housekeeping services tailored to our clients’ needs.
  • A minimum booking of 7 hours per day per housekeeper is required.
  • Our services do not include one-time cleanings, deep cleaning, or end-of-tenancy cleaning.

 

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Payment is required before the service begins or as per the agreed schedule.
  • We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled within [X] days of the invoice date.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients must provide a 48 to 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are provided only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment for our housekeepers.
  • Access to cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise arranged) should be available.
  • Clients must notify us of any specific instructions or requirements during the initial consultation.

 

6. Liability & Damages

  • While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for minor damages or wear and tear during service.
  • Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours after the service.
  • Our housekeepers are fully insured for accidental damage caused during service.

 

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Our housekeepers are trained to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or household matters.

 

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms.
  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services.

 

9. Amendments to These Terms
